Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

To start a return, please contact us at criterionuk@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5 working days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Should your refund be rejected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery back to you, which will be at your cost. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
