We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers of BFPO addresses.

Please note, deliveries requested to non-residential addresses, or houses with multiple occupants, are made at the customer’s own risk and CRITERION will not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred.

Please note, our delivery services will be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. 

The processing time for order is 3-5 business days. All orders under £35 will be posted by 2nd Class Royal Royal Mail, which takes up to 3 working days. Please keep in mind that Royal Mail may experience delays drying the holidays and peek times. Thank you for your patience.

Smaller packages will be posted by 2nd Class Royal Mail. For large packages we will use Royal Mail Signed For service or a reputable courier service.
